NuPack Gift Cards

1. Introduction

   • These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of gift cards issued by Nupack Packaging Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
   
   

2. Purchasing Gift Cards

   • Gift cards can be purchased online through our website or in-store.
   • The minimum and maximum value of a gift card will be specified at the time of purchase.
   
   

3. Using Gift Cards

   • Gift cards can be used to purchase any items available on our website.
   • To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code provided at checkout 
   • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.
   
   

4. Expiry Date

   • Gift cards expire 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase.
   • Any remaining balance on the gift card at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
   
   

5. Balance and Redemption

   • The balance of a gift card can be checked online through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
   • If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, you must pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
   
   

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

   • Treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
   • If a gift card is lost or stolen, contact our customer service team immediately. We may be able to cancel the original card and issue a new one.
   
   

7. General Terms

   • Gift cards cannot be used for illegal activities or to purchase prohibited items.
   • We reserve the right to cancel a gift card if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
   • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your gift card.

By purchasing or using a gift card from Nupack Packaging Pty Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Standard Delivery

• - 3-4 business days for Sydney and Melbourne Metro Deliveries
• - 3-7 business days for other metro cities and regional areas
• - WA, NT, and TAS regional areas can take longer delivery time

- We use Toll, TNT, Aramex, Sendle and Australia Post eParcel service with signature as standard service bsed on weight and location.

Express Delivery

• 1-2 business days for Metro areas
• 2-3 business days for Regional and Remote areas
• WA, NT, and TAS regional areas can take longer delivery time

Express Service is offered with an additional charge which varies depending upon product and delivery postcode. Please select individual listing for correct shipping charges and options.

We use Australia Post, CourierPlease, TNT, and Toll Priority as our express delivery partners.

Express Delivery does not cover entire TAS, NT, WA, and PO BOX addresses.
